Process

Four steps. No surprises.

Here's exactly how we go from a first call to a website that ranks and gets recommended, how long each step takes, and what we'll ask of you along the way.

  1. 01

    Discover

Audit your site, your competitors and what AI says about you.

    Days 1–2
  2. 02

    Architect

Page map, targets and content plan, approved by you.

    Days 2–3
  3. 03

    Design & build

Design, copy and a hand-built site on a preview link.

    Day 3 to launch
  4. 04

    Launch & measure

Go live, get indexed, track the results.

    Live within 1–2 weeks

The short version

In shortA Veyra Pacific project runs in four steps: Discover what's holding you back, Architect the pages and content, Design & build the site on a private preview, then Launch & measure the results. Signature sites go live within 1 week of kickoff, Growth within 10 days and Authority within 2 weeks.

Those are maximums, and many projects launch sooner. AI tools speed up the research, drafting and checks, and our team makes every decision and reviews every page. We would rather finish early than late. The clock only pauses while we wait on your feedback or content.

The big decisions happen early. By the time design starts, we've agreed which pages exist, what each one is for and which questions it answers. That's why projects stay on schedule, and why revisions are small tweaks rather than rethinks.

Step 1: Discover

Days 1–2We learn your business, check how you show up today in Google and AI assistants, and collect the questions your customers really ask.

What happens

  • A kickoff call of about an hour: your services, best customers, service area and what makes you different
  • A technical audit of your current site: speed, indexing, structured data, AI crawler access and broken links
  • A look at the competitors who rank above you, and why
  • A look at how AI assistants currently describe your business and your competitors
  • Question research from your inbox, reviews, Google's "People also ask" and AI tools

What you get

A short findings summary in plain English: what's working, what isn't, and the biggest opportunities.

Step 2: Architect

Days 2–3We turn what we learned into a blueprint: every page, what it targets, what it answers and how it links to the rest of the site.

What happens

  • A page map built around your services and locations, one clear purpose per page
  • Keyword and question targets assigned to each page so nothing competes with itself
  • A schema plan: which structured data each page carries
  • A content outline for every page, with the answer-first opening sketched out
  • If you're replacing a site, a redirect map from every old URL to its new home

What we need from you

Your approval of the blueprint. Once it's signed off, the scope is locked and the price doesn't change.

Step 3: Design & build

Day 3 to launchWe design the look, write or polish the copy, and hand-build the site. You watch it come together on a private preview link.

Design concept. During the build you review your real site on a private preview link.

What happens

  • A homepage design first, so we agree on the look before rolling it out
  • Page copy written or refined with you so key pages open with direct answers, plus researched articles on Growth and Authority
  • A hand-coded build: fast, accessible and readable without JavaScript
  • Structured data, titles, descriptions, Open Graph tags, sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt added to every page
  • Contact forms and lead capture connected and tested
  • Testing on real phones, tablets and desktops before you see the final version

Reviews

Two rounds of feedback on the design and two on the finished site are included. Leave comments on the preview or send them by email, whichever is easier.

Step 4: Launch & measure

Launch + 90 daysWe switch the new site on, make sure search engines and AI crawlers find it fast, and look after it with 90 days of Premium Care.

Launch day

  • The domain is pointed to the new site, usually with zero downtime
  • Redirects from old URLs go live at the same moment
  • The sitemap is submitted in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Analytics and form tracking are confirmed working
  • Your Google Business Profile is updated to match the new site

After launch

  • We watch indexing and fix any crawl errors that appear
  • Premium Care for your first 90 days, at no extra charge: hosting, monitoring, backups, up to 2 hours of edits a month, an SEO/AEO refresh of an existing page or FAQ each month, a monthly conversion review and priority support
  • A quarterly strategy call during that period

After the first 90 days

Your first 90 days of Premium Care are free. After that, Premium Care continues at $349/month unless you choose a lighter plan: Growth Care ($199/month) or Essential ($99/month). You can also host it yourself for free and we hand over your website files. We go over the options with you before you sign, they're set out in your proposal, and we remind you before day 91. Compare care plans.

How we work with you

  • One point of contact for the whole project
  • A dated schedule at kickoff, updated if anything moves
  • Short updates at every step by email, so you always know where things stand
  • Everything in writing: scope, price and timeline agreed before work begins

Frequently asked questions

How long until my new website shows up in Google?

Google usually crawls a new or rebuilt site within days of launch once the sitemap is submitted in Search Console. Rankings for competitive searches typically build over the following weeks to months as Google gathers signals.

How long until AI assistants start recommending my business?

It varies by assistant. Tools that search the web live, like Perplexity, ChatGPT search and Google AI Overviews, can pick up changes within weeks. Answers drawn from a model's training data change more slowly, and no one can guarantee when or whether a particular assistant will mention a business.

Will my current website go down during the rebuild?

No. Your existing site stays live while the new one is built on a private preview link. On launch day the switch takes minutes, with redirects in place so old links keep working.

How many rounds of changes do I get?

Two rounds of revisions on the design and two on the finished site are included. Most clients don't need more, because the content and page plan are agreed before design begins.
